Propertier Real Estate Services (PRES), one of the leading real estate brokers in Davao City, is bent on improving its workforce and services amid a vibrant, healthy, and vigorously competitive industry.

During the company’s Annual Sales Convention and Awarding earlier this month held at the Star Hotel in Davao City, 52 of the company’s employees and sales associates underwent a Personal Effectiveness Enhancement seminar. This was conducted by Salvador Abadesco, principal Human Resource (HR) Consultant of Productivity and Synergy, Inc.

Abadesco shared to the employees and sales associates inputs about the basic values of service, integrity, teamwork, and excellence.

Abadesco is a Davao-based HR consultant with almost three decades of HR experience. He is a former HR executive of San Miguel Brewery Inc., and had consulting engagements with Lapanday Foods Corp., Davao Sugar Central Company, Isuzu Davao, Kumon, Faith International Academy, Malta Medical Center, DC Invest, and Rainchem, Inc., among others.

Arthur Gonzales, president and founder of Propertier Real Estate Services, lauded Abadesco for a job well done. “The program conducted by Mr. Abadesco is one of the best seminar workshops our teams has gone through since we started. Being in the fast-paced, cut-throat industry of real estate, we need to strengthen our foundations to build up our individual and collective pursuits to live out our values of service. The seminar perfectly delivered that,” Gonzales said.

In one of the sessions, Abadesco asked the participants to craft their own vision-mission statements. “It was truly special because it struck a chord in the core of the team and in each associate. The program was truly wonderful and blessed all of us who attended,” Gonzales said.

He cited effectiveness and efficiency at work among the challenges facing the real estate market.

He said organizations need to ensure that their employees  are not only skilled and talented but are also motivated and productive to reach their goals.
