DAVAO CITY -- Around 150 houses made of light materials were razed by fire that broke in a residential area ain Purok 2 and 3, Isla Verde, Barangay 23-C, Friday morning, August 16,2019.
Fire Inspector Ramil Gillado, Investigation Chief of City's Bureau of Fire Protection, said based on the initial investigation, the fire started at the house owned by Layla and King Elasio.
Gillado said that the fire broke at around 11:21 a.m and reached 4th alarm at 1:37 p.m.
No one was reported hurt during the incident.
The damages as of this time estimated at P2.625,000.
Investigation is still ongoing as to the cause of the incident.
