NCRPO’s most wanted man falls in Marikina

The leader of a notorious criminal group operating in Marikina City was arrested in an operation on Saturday, September 7, in Barangay San Vicente, Tarlac City.
Police said the suspect, 24-year-old Art Cris Viloria, is the most wanted man in the National Capital Region (NCR) because of a series of robberies, holdups, and drug-related activities his group had been responsible for.
Viloria was arrested shortly before noon on September 7 in Tarlac by virtue of three warrants of arrest issued by separate courts in Marikina City.
The operation was mounted by the Station Special Operations Unit tracker team together with elements of the NCR Regional Intelligence Unit and of the Intelligence Section of Tarlac City Police Station.
According to the police, Viloria’s group is behind a series of robbery hold-up incidents and the proliferation of illegal drugs in Marikina City and neighboring cities. MDM
