Barbie Grace Hong is among the four people with Down syndrome (DS) who completed six months of work exposure in three departments of the Floirendo company, namely Human Resource, the Antonio O. Floirendo (AOF) Foundation, and Tadeco Livelihood Training Center. The other three interns are Alvin Redulosa, Michael Redoloza, and Cresten Costan. Within the six-month period from July 17, 2018 to January 4, 2019 they were on rotation at the three departments doing tasks like paper sorting or filing, transmitting documents within the area, and other related office work.
